As a new client, you will start by filling out our Sign Up Form above. This form is just to contact us and get paired with a pet sitter with no obligations.

After we receive your Sign Up Form, we will contact you to find out more about your needs and pair you with the best pet sitter pawsible!
You will then be set up with a free account for easy scheduling, payments, and instant messaging with our team.
Next, a Pawfect Pet Sitter will come over for a meet & greet. This is a great opportunity to ensure we are the correct fit for your family, and that your family is a great fit for us! These meetings are priced the same as our 30-minute drop-in visit.
After your consultation, you will submit scheduling requests via your online account or the mobile app, and you will be a part of the Pawfect Family!
After each visit, clients receive automatic updates via our app. These updates include any photos and notes taken.
